Once the artwork is approved, 100% payment must be received before production begins. There is no checkout on this website, and submitting a request does not commit you to an order.

No. You can upload artwork you already have, start from a design in our library, or describe your idea and our designers create it. Design assistance may be complimentary for larger orders. We let you know what applies to your project before any design work begins.

PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, and HEIC files up to 25 MB each. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) and high-resolution images print best. For larger files, email hello@membermadeco.com.

A proof shows how your design will be produced, including artwork, colors, size, and placement. The Design Studio preview shows placement only and is not a final production proof. We review artwork, decoration, and production details before sending your proof. Proofing costs depend on the project, and a proof using finished, print-ready artwork you supply without changes may be complimentary. We confirm any costs with you first.

Standard production is generally about seven days after artwork approval and payment. Timing can vary with the garment, decoration, and quantity, so this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Rush options may be available for an added charge.

Depending on your order, you can arrange local pickup, receive one bulk shipment to a single address, or have orders shipped individually to members. We confirm the options for your project with your quote.
